Every figure on EvoPrecio comes from official public statistics and links back to its source, licence and last update. This page explains what the numbers mean, where they come from and how to reuse them.

What EvoPrecio measures

EvoPrecio tracks the House Price Index (base 2015 = 100) and the count of housing transactions, aggregated by area and period. It reports the official published figures only and never interpolates or estimates missing values.

Geographic coverage

Areas are mapped to their official INE codes, from the national aggregate down to autonomous communities. Coverage below that level depends on what each source publishes for a given metric.

Sources

The table below lists every active source, its provider, licence, coverage, update frequency and last update, with a link to the official origin.

Statistical confidentiality

Some areas have too few transactions in a period for a figure to be released without risking disclosure. In those cases the value is marked as not available for statistical confidentiality — never shown as zero and never estimated.

How to cite & export

Charts can be exported as PNG or SVG and tables as CSV, each carrying its source attribution. When citing a figure, reference the original source and its last update as shown in the attribution line.
